We're well-known for our love of pumpkin, which we've incorporated into many of our products. But we don't want to overlook the pumpkin seed, or pepita, which is an incredibly crunchy, slightly nutty, and flavorful addition to various dishes. Our Pepita Salsa combines the vibrant, tangy flavors of traditional chunky salsa with the texture and nuttiness of finely chopped pepitas, creating a harmonious blend of seed and spice. The pepitas not only thicken the salsa, making it easier to scoop with tortilla chips, but also balance the acidity of the tomatoes and vinegar with their hearty, earthy flavor.
